Capital Harmonia: Women's Choir Presentation
Celebrate women's history month by listening to and learning about American female composers.
Capital Harmonia is a community women’s chorus that supports women's causes with a blend of song, service and education. Their repertoire features works from Classical to Broadway, Folk, and Pop.
In this program, the choir will introduce each piece with insights about its composer, music, meaning and context. The performance will feature music composed/arranged by women, on the subject of life on the American frontier.
