Trump raised tariffs, questioned alliances like NATO, and withdrew from the WHO and the Paris Climate Agreement. He also cut most U.S. foreign aid. By suggesting control over places like Greenland and the Panama Canal, he signaled a move away from long-standing U.S. support for international rules and the sovereignty of smaller nations. How is America's role in the world changing?
