Join us for a discussion of “U.S. Engagement with Africa” by Jendayi E. Frazer. Electronic copies will be sent to those who register, and hard copies will be available at Reston Library. Leading the discussion will be Tom Woods, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Africa Affairs, Deputy Assistant Administrator for USAID, and founder of Woods International LLC, a consulting firm that focuses on U.S.-Africa relations.
