Join the RAFT program for an interactive discussion on dementia. We will discuss what is normal as we age and what changes might be cause for concern. We will also discuss community resources to support those living with dementia.

RAFT’s mission is to keep older adults thriving in their communities!
Formerly "Regional Older Adults Facility Mental Health Support Team", RAFT is one of the programs of the Regional Projects Office in Northern Virginia and has been supporting older adults with mental illness and dementia for over 10 years, assisting older adults achieve and maintain successful community-based placements!
