Film: How Not to Age and Discussion with Anne Marie Hvid

Anne Marie Hvid, founder and nutrition coach at Strategies for Better Health, will present a free screening of Dr. Michael Greger’s presentation, “How Not to Age” based on his New York Times Best Selling Book. Dr. Greger* presents simple, accessible, and evidence-based methods to increase healthspan and longevity through the foods we eat. The goal of the presentation is to help members of the community make more informed and healthier food choices based on the best available scientific evidence. You can watch the presentation here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AOvV9m7feKo.

Due to the length of the film, we will watch the first 30 minutes only.

After the screening, Anne Marie will give a short presentation on the barriers to healthy eating and how to successfully transition into healthier lifestyles. There will be time for questions and answers from the audience.
