How Not to Age: Cooking Demo with Anne Marie Hvid and Elena Walls
Anne Marie will give a brief introduction and overview of Dr. Michael Greger's* books, How Not to Age and the How Not to Age Cookbook. Following the introduction, we will have a live cooking demonstration by Elena Walls, founder of FoodFirst, a local culinary school. Elena will bring the book's concepts to life by preparing a delicious, anti-aging-focused recipe from the cookbook, with an opportunity for the audience to taste the food. At the conclusion of the event, Anne Marie will share practical tips and techniques for integrating these healthy meals into your daily routine. There will be time for questions and answers from the audience.
