The U.S. Army Band presents: Stories, Suites, and Sonatas
Join us for an afternoon of storytelling and song featuring the world-class woodwind, brass, chorus, and string musicians of the U.S. Army Band "Pershing's Own." Don't miss this spirited program of mixed ensembles and wide variety of music, including a musical narration of the story of Ferdinand the Bull and a salute to America's 250th.
The U.S. Army Band chamber ensembles are drawn from the elite musicians of "Pershing's Own," presenting diverse and virtuosic programs in a variety of performance settings. Based in Washington, DC, and appearing regularly throughout the DMV area, they represent the U.S. Army through artistic excellence, musical versatility, and meaningful public engagement.
