Smocking is a style of embroidery but mostly it was sewing done in a way that bunches fabric beautifully to give it "stretch" before the invention of elastic and spandex and interesting texture before the advent of machine embroidery!

In this session, we will practice how to smock to create a flower pattern and give your fabric interesting texture!
