Join us for an interactive Hands-Only CPR Class with Fairfax County Fire and Rescue, where you’ll learn how to save a life! This class will cover: 

• What cardiac arrest is and how to recognize it.

• Steps to respond in an emergency situation.

• Hands-on practice with chest compressions.

• Getting familiar with using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator).

No prior experience is needed. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to be prepared to take action in a cardiac emergency.
