Missing Soldiers sign and Clara Barton reading a book

Clara Barton and the Missing Soldier's Museum

Join us for a wonderful lecture on Clara Barton and her focus on a post-Civil War humanitarian effort to find missing men. 7th Street NW is American Red Cross Founder Clara Barton's Missing Soldiers Office. Barton used the building not only as her place of residence but dedicated time to helping families locate their loved ones who served during the Civil War.

This lecture is presented by staff from the Clara Barton Missing Soldiers Office.
