Family Yoga
Come and enjoy yoga at Reston Regional Library! Learn about yoga poses and breathing techniques all while listening to stories and songs and playing games. Please bring a mat or a towel. This program is for ages 3 to 6; children must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required.
