Creating your own models for 3D printing is fun with TinkerCAD and the tutorials are great for showing the interface and basic features. We'll go over some practical tips for making shapes then use a template to create custom headphone hangers to print later. Bring a charged laptop and a mouse to follow along!

To attend:

  1. Please complete the TinkerCAD "Learn the Basics" tutorials, we're going to jump right in. You'll learn how the camera works and how to drop shapes on the workspace.
  2. Measure the thickness of your computer desk at home in millimeters.

This program is for adults. Please register to get an email reminder. If you have questions about the appropriate age for a program, its content, or accommodations, please call the branch at 703-768-6700 (option 4).
