Grounding Hatha Yoga
Monday is often when we need to reground ourselves to start the week. We will move, breathe, and ground ourselves together. Each class will also bring forth an intention from the eight limbs of yoga or beyond. And yes, there will be Shavasana to relax our bodies, minds and souls.
Collectively we will help our community have a better week through the democratization of yoga. Bring your own mat and any props you might like. (And if you have extras, bring those as well in case we can introduce others to yoga.)
