Meet Owls and Birds of Prey
Learn About Birds at the Library
Did you know that there are birds of prey living and hunting right in your own backyard? You may have seen them in the sky, roosting in trees or diving into the grass. This is your chance to meet them up close! The Secret Garden hawks, owls and tiny falcon will give you a peek into the personal lives of these exciting birds. You’ll learn about what they hunt, where they nest and how they are raising their young through the spring and summer. We’ll share some of the challenges they face and how to help them thrive. You might even get to take a selfie with your favorite bird of prey!
About Secret Garden Birds and Bees
Secret Garden Birds and Bees is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization working with wildlife rehabilitators, falconers, naturalists, biologists and beekeepers to share our love of nature and wildlife with our communities.
