Mommy and Me Yoga
Stretch, move, and bond at Mommy & Me Yoga, a fun and relaxing class designed for children ages 3–6 and their caregivers. This gentle, playful session introduces basic yoga poses, movement, and mindfulness in a supportive, family-friendly environment. It’s a great way to build coordination, encourage relaxation, and enjoy quality time together.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel for each participant. Ages 3-6 with caregiver.
Tickets will be distributed at 10:00am on a first come, first served basis.
