Event box

A brightly lit indoor exhibit space featuring a large, intricate structure made from blue plastic tubes connected in a grid. The structure contains multiple levels with black tracks, funnels, and pathways resembling a kinetic or marble‑run machine.

Maker Lab Open House

Whether you are a curious beginner or an experienced maker, the Herndon Library Maker Lab Open House is the perfect opportunity to see what this creative space has to offer.

Everyone is also invited to participate in an interactive build activity to hack and expand Craig Trader's Chaos Machine. The Chaos Machine is a large automated marble machine. What makes it chaotic is that everyone is invited to modify the machine, limited only by imagination and the laws of motion. For ages 5-105!
