Families of teens and young adults with disabilities are invited to learn about services, programs, employment opportunities, education, recreation, and other resources available after high school. This event will feature a live performance by Elvis tribute artist and disability advocate Alex Presley, along with guest speakers from a variety of backgrounds who will share their experiences and offer encouragement to families and individuals. Registration encouraged, not required.
