Make Colorful Papel Picado
Celebrate Hispanic Heritage month by making papel picado, which means "perforated paper." The cut paper folk art is often strung into banners to decorate for celebrations. Materials will be provided. Register for a reminder. Walk-ins welcome while supplies lasts. This program is for adults.
