Hands-Only CPR Class
Join us for an interactive Hands-Only CPR Class with Fairfax County Fire and Rescue, where you’ll learn how to save a life! This class will cover:

What cardiac arrest is and how to recognize it.

Steps to respond in an emergency situation.

Hands-on practice with chest compressions.

Getting familiar with using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator).
No prior experience is needed. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to be prepared to take action in a cardiac emergency.
Class Duration: 1 hour

This is an awareness level class and does not issue a formal certification.
