Hydroponics Workshop
Are you interested in learning how to grow food sustainably and with few resources? Join us for this workshop to learn how to grow food using hydroponics, the practice of growing plants in nutrient-rich water.
HydroHarvest, a student-led initiative combating food insecurity, will teach the basics of hydroponics. Learn about the lighting requirements, plant care, and how to harvest food grown in your home. This method allows for food to be grown indoors year-round, using fewer resources than a traditional outdoor garden. All materials will be provided.
Space is limited. Tickets will be available at the Information Desk starting at 1:30 pm.
