Facilitator-Guided Journaling Workshop
This 8-session workshop guides participants through a series of structured journaling practices designed to deepen self-awareness, clarify identity, strengthen personal agency, and expand emotional and relational intelligence. Each session focuses on a key dimension of inner development:
1) awareness of self
2) identity
3) power
4) time
5) motivation
6) attention
7) rules and norms
8) perspective-taking
Through guided teachings, reflective questions, and take-home practices, participants learn to see themselves and their relationships with greater clarity and compassion. This workshop is ideal for individuals navigating transition, seeking personal growth, or wanting to reconnect with their inner voice.
SESSION 7 FOCUS — RULES & NORMS
This session explores the spoken and unspoken rules that shape your behavior—family rules, cultural expectations, professional standards, inner rules you created to feel safe, and norms you follow without question. Some rules support growth and integrity; others restrict authenticity or creativity. Today’s session helps you examine which rules still serve you and which ones you are ready to reinterpret or release.
No need to attend all workshops. Feel free to only come to those that interest you.
