A lecture on the different styles of bookbinding including a discussion on the components of books, how they are put together, and the tools commonly used in bookmaking.  

This lecture is part of a bookbinding program series at the Tysons-Pimmit Regional Library. Following the talk, there will be two, beginner-level workshops focused on creating two different bookbinding styles. Dates for these workshops are forthcoming.
