MPO Sabrina Ruck, Crime Prevention Officer with the Sully District Station of the Fairfax County Police Department, will present this workshop specifically designed to keep women safe. Topics will include crime prevention techniques and guidance on situational awareness, observing your surroundings, reducing the risk of an attack, developing a plan of action, and knowing when to use force.
