Follow through on those New Years Resolutions to reduce stress and exercise more.  Join us for Yoga at the Library for  fun, informal yoga sessions.  Whether you want to focus on the foundations of yoga or get back to the basics, this class is for you!  Yoga helps improve balance, strength and flexibility.  Please bring a yoga mat or towel.  Adults only.
