Beginner Yoga

If you've been curious about yoga, it's time to give it a try! Participants will start on the floor and work their way up to standing poses. Yoga improves strength, flexibility and balance while promoting mindfulness and focused awareness. Wear comfortable clothing and if you have a yoga mat please bring it with you. A limited number of mats will be available. Adults.
