This free 5-week workshop is designed to provide education and support for both family and professional caregivers. Topics include what it means to be a caregiver, taking care of yourself, building cooperative relationships, preventing and solving problems and accessing and developing resources. Presented by Elderlink, a partnership between the Fairfax County Area Agency on Aging and Inova Health System.
