Young Adult Yoga
A 60-minute upbeat and fun yoga class designed specifically for young adults, but beneficial to all ages. Improve your strength, flexibility and focus with a dynamic mix of creative yoga poses, deep breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat and wear clothes that are comfortable for movement. For those under the age of 18, please bring a guardian for the beginning of the session as a waiver will need to be signed.
