This month's Zoom meeting will focus on cookies! Use either Chewy gooey crispy crunchy melt-in-your-mouth cookies
by Alice Medrich (FCPL owns 21 copies) or America Test Kitchen's The Perfect Cookie: your ultimate guide to foolproof cookies, brownies & bars (FCPL owns 15 copies) and we'll discuss the results.
We'll also talk about cooking during a pandemic. Making substitutions? Trying new things? Enrolled in online cooking classes?
IN ADDITION: Virtual recipe swap: participants share and discuss favorite recipes. Adults (R)
