Kid’s Night Out: Cool Science - Children's Science Center

Drop your child off for a night of fun and engaging STEM activities all about SNOW!

This program is for children in grades Kindergarten through 6th. Pizza, fruits, drinks and dessert will be served in the Garage while watching science videos, followed by rotations through various STEM activities all about SNOW!

  • Grow crystal snowflakes in a jar.
  • Engineer a biologically inspired insulating glove to protect you from the frigid waters of the Arctic Ocean
  • Make different kinds of fake snow, compare and contrast the differences

Space is limited, registration required. More information.

Location: Children's Science Center located in Fair Oaks Mall in Fairfax, Virginia. Our entrance is located at the main mall entrance to the right of Lord & Taylor, which faces Route 50.
