Take a Meditation Vacation

Have you ever thought about how you can escape the stress, strain and problems life brings?  Have you ever tried meditating? Just as a vacation helps us take a break from the stress of daily life, so does meditation. Meditation provides a key to peace and happiness. Within us is a permanent state of calm and joy. Through meditation, we can tap into this inner retreat anytime we wish. When life is rough we can take some time for meditation.  The outer troubles of life fade as we immerse ourselves in our own peaceful inner calm. When we emerge from meditation, we are elevated with a joyfulness that lasts throughout the day. This gives us the strength to face life’s challenges.
