John M. Bednarik, has a degree in Business Management, Marketing and Occupational Health. He recently retired as an Assistant Area Director from the Long Island Area Osha Office in Westbury, NY. Now he works as a consultant in the field of labor law and safety, and also as an assistant director of a children's meditation camp in Virginia. John has been practicing meditation for over 30 years.
