FCPL invites you to Celebrate black history and experience by entering your best artwork in our 2021 Black History Month teen art contest! Be creative, have fun, make an impact!

All submitted artwork will be displayed in a virtual gallery on FCPL's new, interactive platform Biblioboard. First, second, and third places will be awarded.
