Virtual Chair Yoga and Meditation (Reston Library)

Join us online for a gentle session of guided meditation and chair yoga. Grab your favorite chair, wear comfortable clothes, and get ready to stretch, breathe, and meditate in your own space.

A simple breath-focused meditation has several cognitive benefits such as increased ability to focus, less of a wandering mind, more positive emotions, less emotional reactivity, and experience peace.

An invitation to join this virtual class will be emailed one day prior to the start time. Adults. (R)
