Running | Wellness Workshop: Yoga for Runners and Walkers
Calling all runners, walkers, and those interested in fitness. Join us each month as we explore a variety of topics related to wellness and sport. This month we welcome yoga instructor Susan Rose, who will talk about the fundamentals of yoga for runners and walkers. Learn about the benefits of yoga and some poses that will improve your fitness and flexibility. An invitation to join this virtual class will be emailed to registered participants one day prior to the start time. Adults. (R)
