November is National Diabetes Month, a time when communities across the country team up to bring attention to diabetes. Explore lifestyle changes with Melanie Berdyck to prevent the progression of prediabetes and diabetes.
ABOUT MELANIE BERDYCK
Melanie Berdyck is a Registered Dietitian (RD), Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN), Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management (CSOWM), and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). Born and raised in Michigan, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. She believes in practical steps to improving health and wellness, where no foods are off limits. When she isn't myth busting in store, she can be found volunteering at the local dog shelter or on her Pilates mat!
