Virtual Chair Yoga and Meditation (Reston Library)

Join us online for a gentle session of 1-hour of guided meditation and chair yoga. 45 minutes of Chair Yoga provides benefits such as flexibility, range of motion and balance.  Grab your favorite chair, wear comfortable clothes, and get ready to stretch, breathe, and meditate in your own space.

15 minutes of simple breath-focused meditation has several cognitive benefits such as increased ability to focus, less of a wandering mind, more positive emotions, less emotional reactivity, and experience peace.

An invitation to join this virtual class will be emailed one day prior to the start time. Adults. (R)
