Gentle Yoga and Meditation
A gentle yoga and meditation practice with Rupa Shah and Bina Patel. This class will incorporate simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. During the meditation, you will focus on your breath to calm the mind and relax the body.
