In this workshop Gerry Gorman will share a simple yet highly effective method to help still our restless mind, achieve a state of lasting happiness and reconnect with our Source. 

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

A student of meditation for over 40 years, Gerry studied with two of the most respected mystics of our time. He describes a very practical form of meditation and explores how this practice can help each of us develop physically, mentally, and spiritually. Gerry Gorman has worked as a professional engineer, manager, and business development executive for a number of technology companies. Today, he has his own company, Emergency Message Controls. Gerry has been married for over 40 years and has two grown children.

This program is appropriate for ages 18 and above. An invitation to join this virtual talk will be sent to participants one day prior to the event. Registration is required to receive the Zoom link.
