How to Get Your eBooks into Public Libraries with the Indie Author Project

How to Get Your eBooks into Public Libraries with the Indie Author Project

November is National Novel Writing Month

Are you a self-published or aspiring author looking to reach new readers? Join us to learn how you can expand your readership and gain new exposure through public libraries with the Indie Author Project. This non-exclusive program helps indie authors get their eBooks into participating libraries throughout Virginia, and potentially all across the U.S. and Canada. This virtual session will go over how to submit to the Indie Author Project, the benefits of participating, and how to get the most out of the program’s resources.

About the Presenter

Emily Gooding is the Community Engagement Manager with BiblioBoard Library, the team behind local author resources like Pressbooks Public, the Indie Author Project, and Indie Author Day. In this role she helps develop initiatives geared towards strengthening and supporting relationships between public libraries, writers, and other indie creatives. You can learn more about BiblioBoard’s community engagement tools and services here.
