Self-Publishing 201: The Next Steps

Self-Publishing 201: The Next Steps

The work is never done once a person publishes a book. The goal is to now build momentum on the first book and keep it going. In this 1.5-hour workshop, poet Serena Wills will pick up where we left off in Self-Publishing 101 and do an even deeper dive into the abyss of what it takes to be published. We will look at what is next after you self-publish your first book. Topics include: additional marketing tips, investing in a website, various ways to self-publish, what some of the best companies are offering regards to print and price, how to build your audience, how to use your books as tools and resources, partnerships with organizations and more.
