Belly dance is a great way to stay in shape, stay healthy and gain confidence. Apart from being fun, it promotes balance, strength and coordination. Cosponsored by the Friends of George Mason Regional Library.

ABOUT THE PERFORMER

Carolina Hernández is a dancer from Colombia, with fifteen years of experience in dance. She has experience in Middle Eastern, Bollywood, Turkish, Colombian, and Latin dances.

Carolina is the founder and the director of GET Dance Company (Global Expressions Through Dance), located in Rockville, MD, where she teaches Colombian Folklore, Latin American Dances and World Dance.
