Author Pu-Chin Waide Shares Short Stories Full of Fantasies and Memories

Author Pu-Chin Waide Shares Short Stories Full of Fantasies and Memories

Pu-Chin Waide was born in China, and moved to India with her parents, where she lived until she was 18. Then she was sent to Berkeley, CA for further studies. There she met and married a handsome Englishman. They moved to Washington DC and raised a family.  Writing was always a joy to her and she recently completed two collections of short stories.  These stories give glimpses of the places in Asia and elsewhere where she has lived: stories which she embellished, recreated, and made ‘magical.’  Some are sad, some whimsical, some with a bit of violence, but most are based on real experiences, or truly imagined experiences made real!

This event is offered in honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

Books will be available for purchase and signing.
