Fall Reset | Life Balance Qigong Retreat

Connect. Balance. Renew

Join Nevin Turk for a nurturing retreat exploring the energy within and around us, through gentle flowing movement, breathwork and meditation. Harnessing all this awareness will deepen our connection to the body and mind and help renew and restore our health.

No previous experience is required. Wear comfortable clothes. Feel free to bring any journaling props with you. You are invited to practice mindful listening and speech during the retreat and turn off your cell phone. Chairs will be available for the movement practices if needed.

Benefits of this retreat:

  • An opportunity to unplug, slow down the pace of our life, get back in touch with ourselves and nature around us.
  • Give ourselves the gift of relaxation to feel refreshed and revitalized.
  • Cultivate inner strength and balance.
  • Achieve personal wellness goals.
