Gentle Yoga and Meditation

Come join us for gentle yoga and meditation presented by our certified Childlight and Family Flow Kids Yoga Instructor, Faith.  This relaxing yoga class is a combination of gentle, restorative, and meditation to nourish the body and the mind. It is a soothing and relaxing practice to calm the body and guide the awareness to the present moment with our breath.   We will quiet the mind and rejuvenate the body with gentle poses and transitions, then move to comfortable restorative postures and end with a guided meditation where the mind is awake, and the body is completely relaxed.  Props - blocks, bolsters/pillows, and blankets - are welcome.
