Teen Yoga and Mindfulness
This program is presented by Faith, a Registered Yoga Teacher. In this gentle practice, teens will relax, recharge, and rejuvenate through breath and movement. We will learn how to cope with feelings of anxiety, stress, and tension through mindful practices like journaling and intention setting. The guided relaxation or meditation will help teens observe their thoughts and develop coping mechanisms to react to everyday situations in a calm, less reactive, and positive way. Ages 12 - 18. Registration Required.
