Sing, Move and Discover the Joy of Music 

This fun and interactive music program is designed to enhance the curiosity and creativity of young minds around music. Children and parents will be engaged in singing, movement activities, reading and the joy of music. In this super-sized session we will celebrate music literacy with a special craft.  Ages 4-5. (R) 

Make Your Own Music Shaker

Have the following materials available to make your own music shaker: 

Paper towel or toilet paper roll, plastic water bottle (small or medium), small medicine container, or any type of small plastic bottle with a top

Rice, beans, pennies, dry cat food, etc.

Any other craft items to decorate your shaker: Glue, tape, construction paper, wrapping or tissue paper, stickers, paint ,glitter, markers or crayons

About the Presenter

Jazzy J is a highly motivated music teacher with over 20 years of music experience with early childhood and elementary ages. She uses a variety of genres of music along with other listening and movement activities to help children explore and learn about their own ever changing music preferences.
