Virtual and In-Person Chair Yoga and Meditation (Reston Library)
Join us online or In person for 4 class series of 1-hour of guided chair yoga and meditation. 45 minutes of Chair Yoga, led by Rupa Shah, provides benefits such as flexibility, range of motion and balance. Grab your favorite chair, wear comfortable clothes, and get ready to stretch, breathe, and meditate in your own space.
15 minutes of simple breath-focused meditation, led by Bina Patel, has several cognitive benefits such as increased ability to focus, less of a wandering mind, more positive emotions, less emotional reactivity, and experience peace.
