Behavioral Health Literacy: Befriending Your Nervous System to Develop Deeper Emotional Maturity
Join us for this session led by Shabnam Curtis, certified integral life coach. Parenting, caregiving, having a full-time job, managing finances, and keeping up with social connections successfully requires a lot of self-care and self-awareness. In this program, Ms. Curtis will discuss the skills necessary to live more in harmony and manage our daily stress through learning more about our bodies and emotions.
This workshop focuses on behavioral health literacy, which is the connection between your behavior and the health of your mind, body, and spirit. It is the way your habits affect your mental and physical health and wellness.
The workshop style is a mix of lecture, short practices, reflection, and sharing experiences with the class.
