DESCRIPTION:Take a unique journey into deep relaxation and inner healing. 
 Using crystal bowls\, chimes and other instruments\, this immersive 
 listening session creates frequencies that resonate through your body\, 
 helping to release tension and stress. Let go. Tune in. Cocoon in good 
 vibes.\n\nThings to know about the sound bath:\n\n\n	No prior experience 
 required. We invite you to come as you are.\n	Please bring your own yoga 
 mat to lie down or sit on during the session.\n	Also bring your own blanket 
 and/or pillow (optional but recommended).\n\n\nTHE DOORS WILL BE LOCKED 5 
 MINUTES AFTER. PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE TO SECURE YOUR SPACE.\n\nFor Adults.

 Regional Library.\n\n \n\nBohra Bae is a certified sound facilitator and 
 Reiki Master practitioner based in McLean\, VA. She turned to these healing 
 modalities during her own health journey after struggling with decades of 
 chronic pain\, and now they're central to her holistic wellness routine. 
 She loves sharing the transformative power of sound and Reiki to the 
 greater DC/MD/VA region and is proud to partner with Inova Life with 
 Cancer\, Fairfax County Public Library\, and Spring Studio.
