• This room may be reserved together with Meeting Room 1.
• We recommend that groups using just this room not set up more than 25 - 30 chairs to avoid overcrowding.
• The maximum number of reservations per person is one in seven days.
• Online reservations must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Please call the branch to check availability within 48 hours.
• VTC use is limited to regular library operating hours and must conclude 15 minutes before closing.
• Extended Hours at Regional branches are available before and after regular branch hours.
  Before Hours: Monday-Sunday 8-10 AM.
  After Hours: Monday- Wednesday 9-10 PM and Thursday 6-10 PM.
